Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that production machines, working components, and work areas are in safe operating conditions.
• Safely and efficiently operate a variety of machines.
• Perform quality testing to ensure appropriate machine adjustments can be made.
• Perform necessary equipment repairs.
• Assist with shipping functions related to the pipe extrusion manufacturing location.
• Design, install, and maintain Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits.
• Tackle minor and major maintenance requirements as per ISO maintenance standards to reduce downtime.
• Willingness to work in shifts and take up additional responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least a Certificate in Machine-shop/Workshop Engineering.
• Additional training in Hydraulics and Pneumatics is a requirement.
• Minimum of 15 years post-qualification work experience in handling PVC, HDPE, and LLDPE materials.
• Experience using extruders and belling machines.
