Requirements

• Experience in the operation, supervision and maintenance of crushing and screening plants.
• In-depth knowledge of Metso and Volvo equipment, including auto electrical knowledge.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and monitor production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, including both mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Sound knowledge of plant maintenance planning, preventive maintenance systems and breakdown management.
• Ability to identify and resolve production and mechanical and electrical issues timeously.
• Experience in team supervision, shift planning and safety compliance within a mining or quarry environment.
• Formal qualification as Auto Electrician.
• Must be able to work independently, under pressure and in remote site conditions.
