Key Responsibilities
- Develop and perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), calibrations, and unscheduled repairs on a wide range of equipment and the premises.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic control system issues to minimize production downtime.
- Accurately document all work performed in full compliance with GMP and company procedures.
- Support the execution of equipment qualification and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) under the guidance of Engineers or Contractors.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and decommissioning of manufacturing equipment.
- Work closely with Production, Quality Control Quality departments to coordinate activities and ensure alignment.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Identify and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and tools.
- Supervise any third-party contractors.
- Participate in GMP and other audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Requirements
- Vocational training or certificate in- Electrical Installations, weldings, HVAC, etcocational training
