Key Responsibilities
- Program, maintain, and optimize PLC systems across the brick manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot automation, instrumentation, and control system faults.
- Integrate PLCs with SCADA/HMI systems.
- Support robotics, palletizing, packaging, kiln, drying, and material handling systems.
- Implement automation improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- Extensive PLC programming experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Proficiency in Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or similar PLC platforms.
- Experience with SCADA/HMI systems and industrial communication networks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with robotics and automated production systems is an advantage.
