Key Responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates the functions of the Housing Division.
- Coordinates and supervises the implementation of Self Help Housing programme to ensure compliance with the policies and related legislation/ Acts
- Assesses housing community needs and develops self-help interventions to address the needs.
- Provides professional advice to Council and key stakeholders on self-help housing matters.
- Facilitates the provision of services to SHHA plots as per the requirements of the SHHA Policy.
- Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.
Requirements
- Degree in Housing Management and Development
- At least ten (10) years relevant work experience two (2) of which should have been served as Principal Housing Officer II – D3 or equivalent.

Salary
D2 (P307, 008-P371, 628) per annum
