Key Responsibilities
- Drafts responses to correspondence for the supervisor’s signature.
- Manages the office diary.
- Requests for refreshments and stationery for the officer served.
- Follows up on all issues that require action by officer served.
- Types letters, savingrams, reports and minutes within the set standards.
- Receives, Screens and directs clients to relevant offices.
- Undertakes any other duty to meet the exigencies of the service.
Requirements
- National/Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Services, Diploma in Office Management, Bachelor of Office Management and Technology or its equivalent
- A minimum of four (4) years’ experience with at least two years served on C2 salary scale as Senior Office Secretary
