Procurement Administrator (3 Year Contract)
Reporting to the Procurement Specialist, the incumbent shall be responsible for the Implementation of procurement requirements to ensure achievement of Organisational strategic objectives. The incumbent shall execute sourcing of goods and services that delivers competitive capability in the key areas of cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier/vendor research for best price and value, generate and submit purchase orders, and handle the procure-to-pay (invoicing) process.
- Conducts supplier risk assessment to ensure uninterrupted supply of goods and services.
- Monitors market trends and recommends appropriate practical solution to ensure continuity.
- Monitors spending and adherence to budget and recommends variances as necessary.
- Researches and identifies service providers and suppliers.
- Generates various Procurement reports.
- Tracks supplier lead times to ensure timeous delivery.
