We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or student to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory coordination within a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services
  • Support preparation & processing of purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations & follow up on orders
  • Maintain accurate procurement records & documentation
  • Track deliveries & ensure timely receipt of goods
  • Support inventory monitoring & stock control
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies & procedures
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Procurement & Supply, Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Basic understanding of procurement & purchasing processes
  • Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
