To provide strategic and technical oversight of all procurement activities across CEDA, ensuring full compliance with the Public Procurement Act and advising the CEO on procurement matters and strategy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Level 6.
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, four (4) of which must be at supervisory or managerial level in a reputable private or public institution.
- Active membership with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or Institute of Supply Chain Management (ISM).
- Competencies: Analysing information, Action Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Service Orientation, Performance management, and CEDA Values.
