PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent will be responsible to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by using specialized knowledge of the relevant technology to give customers the required information on operations and maintenance and supporting our equipment and technology in the region.

OVERALL PURPOSE

– Products and services are delivered and supported for customers as per SLA and company sales procedures are followed during sales calls.
– Site visits for product support as and when requested.
– Quotations are completed as and when required, Sign off quotes within limit of authority and quotation feedback after each visit.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

– Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
– At least 3 years product support or technical sales experience in a mining environment.
– Valid driver’s license.
