Key Responsibilities
- Sort diamonds into categories according to ODC’s diamond classification model.
- Ensure technical consistency of the diamond lots for sales, aligning with ODC’s standards.
- Accurately capture analytical and statistical data into electronic programs for reporting.
- Assist in managing stock using ODC’s internal systems, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Prepare sold sale lots for inspection and export, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and trust.
Requirements
- Diploma in a business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years in a diamond-related industry, with at least 1 year in a similar production role.
- Proficient in rough diamond sorting, valuation and stock management systems.
