Organization Name: Organic naturals skincare. Job Title: Production Lead. Role Purpose: Lead and oversee daily production of bar soaps, serums, masks, and body care products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan production schedules and batches to meet weekly and monthly targets
- Supervise and guide Production Assistants to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards
- Accurately measure, mix, and process formulations according to approved recipes and SOPs
- Conduct quality checks on finished products before packaging and dispatch.
- Maintain proper production records, batch logs, and stock reports
- Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean, organized production environment
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Chemistry, Cosmetics, or a related field OR equivalent hands-on production experience
- 2+ years’ experience in food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG production environments
- Experience supervising or leading a small production team
- Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality control standards
- Experience managing raw materials, inventory, and reducing waste
- Excellent attention to detail, fast learner, strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
