Requirements
- Minimum qualification – Diploma in mining engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in open pit drilling and blasting operations.
- At least 5 years in a senior management or production leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage large fleets of drilling rigs and heavy equipment.
- Strong focus on safety compliance, risk management, and zero-harm targets.
- Excellent budgeting, cost control, and contract management abilities.
- Advanced leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with major OEM drills, including Epiroc, Sandvik and other similar class of equipment.
- Valid Botswana Open Cast Blasting License.
- Valid Class B driver’s licence
- Engineers Registration Board of Botswana registration an added advantage
