We are currently seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our production team and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full production cycle, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.

• Ensure all production goals and quality standards are met on schedule.

• Manage staff performance, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.

• Work closely with other departments, such as design and quality assurance, to ensure product specifications are achieved.

• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to the MD to enhance overall production operations.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years proven experience in garment manufacturing, with atleast 3 years in a production management role.

• Proven experience in a production management role, preferably within the garment industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficient in production planning and quality control processes.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
