Key Responsibilities
- Promote evidence-based programming and organisational learning.
- Ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and dissemination of programme outcomes and impact.

Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Human Rights, Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Public Health, International Development, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree and substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
- At least eight (8) years of progressive experience managing complex development, public health, governance, or human rights programmes.
- Demonstrated experience in programme leadership, policy advocacy, legal reform, lobbying, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing donor-funded programmes and multiple grants.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of Botswana’s governance, policy, legal, and human rights landscape.
- Excellent proposal development, report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience representing organisations in national and international forums.
