Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Bank’s strategic programmes and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and long-term priorities
- oversee the Bank’s strategic initiatives portfolio, ensuring effective governance, prioritisation, resource coordination and delivery oversight
- establish and maintain programme management frameworks, standards and reporting mechanisms
- monitor programme performance, risks, issues and interdependencies
- drive benefits realisation ensuring strategic programmes deliver measurable business value
- provide strategic insights and programme performance reporting to Executive Management and governance committees
- lead and influence cross-functional teams
- champion a culture of transformation, innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline
- professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or Agile Practitioner)
- postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in program and project management
- experience in financial services, banking or development finance institutions
- exposure to ESG integration, digital transformation and strategic delivery frameworks
- advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira or similar).
