Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. The Project Analyst provides comprehensive project planning, scheduling, analytical, and coordination support across the organisation’s infrastructure development and programme delivery portfolio. The role ensures that projects are effectively planned, monitored, and executed in line with approved timelines, governance frameworks, and organisational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline in the built environment.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be required.
- Registration with a Professional body with a valid practising license.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project planning, scheduling, or programme coordination.
- Proven experience working within infrastructure, construction, engineering, or similarly complex project environments.
- Experience with working project planning and scheduling software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
