Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly Government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. To provide analytical, reporting, and project governance support to programme and project teams, ensuring that infrastructure delivery is monitored, measured, and managed using accurate data and performance insights. The role develops dashboards, schedules, progress reports, and risk registers; analyses cost, schedule, and quality performance; supports planning and forecasting; and maintains project documentation in line with governance requirements. It strengthens decision-making, enhances programme visibility, and supports the Senior Programme Manager in driving delivery performance.
