Blackrock Resources Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Belararox Ltd (ASX:BRX), an emerging critical minerals exploration company is seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager to lead their Kalahari Copper Belt Project activities in Botswana.
This role is suited to an experienced geologist and project manager with strong operational leadership capability, hands-on field experience and a demonstrated ability to manage exploration programs in remote environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all exploration activities across Botswana
- Direct drilling, mapping, sampling, logging and QA/QC procedures
- Manage field operations, contractors, logistics and site mobilisation activities
- Support geological interpretation, targeting and exploration program execution
- Ensure all activities are conducted to high safety, environmental and technical standards
- Interface with government authorities, local stakeholders, landholders and community representatives
- Manage business development and portfolio growth
- Deliver clear technical reporting, operational updates, budgets and recommendations for ongoing project development
Requirements
- Based in Botswana or willing to relocate
- Relevant tertiary qualification with a minimum Bachelor of Science and Geology degree from an established university.
- 15+ years of experience in mineral exploration and project management
- Strong operational experience managing remote exploration programs
- Strong technical capability and knowledge of copper systems, ideally African sedimentary-hosted copper deposits.
- Demonstrated capability coordinating drilling campaigns and field teams
- Familiarity with Botswana regulatory and permitting frameworks preferred
- Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder management capability
- Experience working across multicultural teams and remote operating environments
- Direct involvement in at least one successful regional discovery, highly desirable
- English language proficiency required
