The role holder will be based in Gaborone, Botswana.
S/he will be responsible for the overall timely and efficient implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the project and for financial and REF reporting requirements.

The Role:
Project Manager- LEAD Project, Botswana
The Opportunity:
The post-holder will:
- Support the LEAD Project Manager with the day to day general business and administrative logistics
- work closely with the Botswana Association of Teachers of English as well as the Ministry of Basic Education Reading Challenge implementation team as support structures for the successful implementation of the LEAD project.
- English proficiency (IELTS 7+)
- First degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 2 years’ experience of managing finances and / or resources
- 2 years’ experience of managing projects or working in a business support role
- Experience of working with international consultants and managing national consultants
- Excellent operational knowledge of SAP
