The Projects Director will provide executive leadership and strategic oversight across a portfolio of major construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery in line with international best practices, contractual obligations, and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- The applicant will provide strategic leadership across multiple projects.
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead senior project and commercial teams.
- Oversee contract administration especially (FIDIC, NEC, JBCC).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- Must have Project Management Professional (PMP), and be registered with the Project Management Institute Botswana Chapter.
- Minimum 15years of experience, including 5 years at senior leadership level.
- Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure, power, or building projects.
- Strong commercial and contractual expertise.
- Professional registration (PMI, ERB, QSRC, SACQSP) will be prefered.
