Excella Guesthouse is looking for a motivated, reliable person to manage and grow one of their accommodation properties near Gaborone. This role involves hosting guests, handling bookings, and actively bringing in more customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare rooms/apartments
- Welcome and assist guests (check-in & check-out)
- Answer calls and WhatsApp booking enquiries
- Post daily availability on WhatsApp & social media
- Promote the property and push for more bookings
- Encourage reviews and repeat visits
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Hardworking and dependable
- Friendly and confident with guests
- Good communication and basic selling skills
- Active on WhatsApp and Facebook
- Self-driven and business-minded
Salary
Base monthly salary PLUS performance bonuses for high bookings and sales
