Position: Qualified Auto Technician / Branch Manager
Location: Maun Branch, Tracker Botswana (a subdivision of Silverton Radiators)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Technician with strong leadership abilities to manage our Maun branch. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in vehicle repairs and diagnostics with managerial responsibility to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and actively contribute to expanding business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full branch operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Perform advanced auto repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, and installations (including tracking systems where applicable).
- Drive business development by building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing service uptake.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, quality control, and workplace safety.
- Handle inventory management, ordering parts, and maintaining equipment.
- Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
