Key Responsibilities

  • Review learners’ books for quality of work, marking, feedback, completion of tasks and overall progress.
  • Ensure teachers follow the scheme of work and lessons align with the Botswana Primary School Curriculum.
  • Submit a comprehensive written report after each visit highlighting observations, strengths, areas for improvement and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Retired teacher, Senior Teacher, Deputy School Head or School Head
  • Minimum of 15 years teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Botswana Primary School Curriculum
  • Experience in academic leadership or teacher supervision is an advantage
