We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer with strong familiarity with BQA standards and a solid background in curriculum development. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our programs and academic systems meet regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality education and training standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with BQA standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop, review, and improve curricula to align with quality assurance frameworks
- Conduct internal audits and quality assessments
- Monitor program delivery and recommend improvements
- Prepare quality assurance reports and documentation
- Support accreditation and evaluation processes
- Provide guidance and training to staff on quality standards
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree and Post Qualification in Quality Management or Quality Assurance or a related field
- Proven knowledge of BQA standards and requirements
- Experience in curriculum development and review
- Learning Programme & Qualification development & review experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
