Key Responsibilities

• Provide cost guidance on contract matters to Site Agents, Site Engineers and other operational staff
• Provide series of on the job training programmers to junior employees to allow for smooth succession of responsibilities and continuity of company business
• Work with Finance Department to coordinate contract financial obligations
• Handle on-going issue and change management
• Ensure smooth contract close-out

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Quantity surveying from a recognized University
• At least 10 years Quantity surveying experience within the construction industry and managing a department within a Citizen Owned Construction environment
• Computer Literacy and knowledge of Construction Computer software programmes (Microsoft packages)
