VACANCY: REFRIGERATION & AIRCONDITIONING TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Refrigeration and Airconditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and maintain high service standards in installation, repair, and maintenance. Willing to mentor, assist and help junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

• Install, maintain and repair commercial & domestic refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

• Diagnose faults and recommend solutions.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance.

• Ensure all safety and quality standards are followed.

• Provide technical reports and updates.

Competencies Required:

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems.

• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Customer service focus.

• Willing to work long hours and frequently work weekends and night shifts.

Minimum Requirements & Experience:

• Diploma in Refrigeration & Airconditioning

• Minimum 18+ years hands-on experience.

• Valid driver’s license

• Traceable references.
