A leading and reputed company in the computer distribution sector, based in Gaborone, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director to oversee operations and drive growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage regional operations, sales, and distribution strategies.
• Oversee branch performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in computer distribution or related IT sectors.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
