KANU Equipment Botswana (Pty) Ltd is seeking to appoint a Regional Manager System Specialist. To manage system processes, inventory compatibility, and database analysis while overseeing inter-company communications and driving customer service improvements within the parts and systems department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage System processes and procedures through Power BI and NetStock (Parts and System)
- Ensure the Strategic Power BI and NetStock re-ordering compatibility with site requirements and demands (Parts)
- Manage NetStock and Monitor Power BI (Parts & System)
- Manage Statistical Transaction Analysis in Sage, NetStock and Power BI (Parts and System)
- Analyze Inter site/Regional Database rollover and distribution Network (Parts)
- Manage Inter-Company and regional departmental communications and systems (System)
- Control certain processes pertaining to Warrantees and Service Exchange Componentry.
- Improve and drive Customer Services.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 11 years earthmoving and mining Parts and Systems Management experience.
- Be a Sage Super User and hold a Sage Super User Certificate.
- Be fully competent with ExtraNet, Netstock, Power BI and Sage V12.
- Development of Power BI synchronized with ExtraNet and Sage.
- No Movement Analysis, group, country and site inventory transactions, planned strategic inter country movements.
- Planning of weekly and quarterly inventory counts, stock analysis comprising intersite transactions.
- Competent utilizing MyLieber, Bell, Bomag, Manitou, Case Construction technical and parts identification systems.
- Site establishment with planned inventory and maintaining required service part levels.
- Be Computer literate i.e. internet, e-mail, Microsoft Office especially in Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have a valid Drivers License.
- Be a person of sober habits and no criminal record.
