RETAIL SALES AGENTS X10 – Afritec Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Canvasing for insurance sales to potential clients through face-to-face interactions, referrals and leads
• Offer life insurance solutions to both new and existing clients
• Assist customers with completing application forms and ensure all required documentation is collected.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, premiums, terms and the claims process to customers.
• Match customer needs to the appropriate product through needs-based selling.
• Build and maintain trust with clients to encourage referrals, renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct regular after-sales follow-ups with policyholders to ensure satisfaction and identify any additional needs or opportunities
• Adhere to Afritec Life sales processes, code of conduct and regulatory requirements, including KYC.
• Submit applications on time through approved channels and report customer feedback, field issues and competitor insights to the Retail Sales Manager.

Requirements

• BGCSE or equivalent.
• COP Long Term Insurance qualification
• Diploma in Insurance, Risk Management and any Business-related qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in insurance or financial services will be an added advantage
• Laws governing the life insurance industry
• Strong communication, customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• High levels of integrity, self-motivation, accountability and goal orientation.
• Ability to work in the field with regular mobility across assigned communities and sales points.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
