Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or a related sales role (minimum of 1 years preferred).
• Minimum requirements- C.O.P. in long term insurance,short erm is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
