Job Description
Wilson Auto Engineering is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to generate additional monthly revenue by securing new corporate clients and increasing walk-in sales. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently, develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage a promotional budget, and produce structured monthly performance reports for management.
Responsibilities
•Devise and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
•Identify, approach and secure new corporate clients to expand the company’s client base.
•Increase walk-in sales by initiating innovative promotions and providing excellent customer engagement.
•Manage a monthly promotional budget, ensuring funds are allocated for maximum impact (including print advertising, travel expenses, and the production of company profiles).
•Prepare and present professional company profiles and business proposals to prospective clients.
•Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with business leaders and key decision-makers.
•Accurately record sales, manage leads, and submit actionable monthly sales reports with insights and recommendations.
•Work independently and take full responsibility for results whilst supporting the company’s overall objectives.
•Represent the Wilson Auto Engineering brand in a highly professional manner at all times.
Requirements
•Female applicants only, as part of a diversity hiring commitment.
•Possession of a valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits and meetings.
•Fluency in both English and Setswana (written and spoken).
•A high level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and report writing).
•Previous experience in sales or business development is highly desirable.
• A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field. While formal education provides a strong foundation, considerable weight is also given to candidates with proven experience in sales or business development, practical skills in the field, and the demonstrated ability to work independently
Performance Indicators
•Constantly acquiring new corporate clients every month.
•Achievable growth in walk-in sales and customer engagement.
•Effective and transparent use of the marketing budget.
•Timely submission of monthly sales plans and detailed performance reports.
Remuneration and Benefits
•Basic salary of P2,950 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
•Fuel allowance (subject to company policy and where expenses exceed the marketing budget).
•Opportunities for progression within the sales and marketing team.
