SALES & DISTRIBUTION wanted at PST Sales & Distribution Group of Companies

The above position is available in our Sales Department. This role will oversee the sales of PST Sales & Distribution Group of Companies, a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company (FMCG) based in Gaborone.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Understand industry-specific trends
• Maximise new business development opportunities
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales goals and ensure the company provides exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as marketing or business administration.
• 10 years of FMCG industry sales experience at an executive level position
• Strong IT, budget and report writing skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good business sense
• The ability to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Good planning and organisational skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
• Understanding how to position products against competitors
