SALES MANAGER – CRESTA MARAKANELO LIMITED

Cresta Marakanelo Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and coordinate sales efforts across our portfolio of 11 hotels. This role is based at Head Office and will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets across all 11 hotels.
• Lead and coordinate the sales team to drive new business and maintain key client relationships.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop initiatives to expand the Group’s customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure aligned goals and excellent customer experience.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Represent Cresta Marakanelo Limited at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hotels and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
