We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead, drive, and grow our civil & infrastructure product portfolio within the plastic pipe & fittings manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for getting specified and driving our products from proposal stage through execution, ensuring successful delivery of solutions to clients, while actively pursuing new business opportunities by engaging contractors, engineers, developers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and getting specified our products to Consulting Engineers and other Key Stakeholders.
  • Drive projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and effective delivery.
  • Oversee civil infrastructure projects involving plastic pipe installations.
  • Conduct regular site visits once projects are launched.
  • Attend and actively participate in site meetings with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure correct product specification and compliance with engineering standards.
  • Provide practical and cost-effective solutions to project challenges.
  • Coordinate internally with Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify, propose, and drive new and existing infrastructure products to all stakeholders involved in infrastructure development.
  • Chase orders and follow up on quotations to secure business.
  • Engage consulting engineers and contractors to specify company products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, developers, and contractors.
  • Monitor upcoming tenders and project pipelines to position the company effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance on product selection, pressure ratings, and installation standards.
  • Assist in preparation of specifications and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects translate into measurable revenue and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in civil engineering or related field.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or pipeline projects.
  • Strong knowledge of water reticulation, sewer, and pressure pipe systems.
  • Proven experience driving projects and delivering practical engineering solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and close commercial deals.
  • Valid driver’s license (extensive site visits required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
