Key Responsibilities

• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of mobile phone brands and models, especially Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi e.t.c
• Technical Skills: Proficiently use and demonstrate the workings of cellphones, tablets, laptop computers and a comprehensive range of accessories.
• Sales Targets: Drive sales based on KPIs and achieve a minimum of 85% of the annual sales target on a monthly basis.
• Upselling: Upsell accessories, airtime, and mobile operator SIM card starter packs with every mobile phone or tablet sale.
• Customer Relationships: Build long-lasting relationships with walk-in clients and corporate customers to ensure ongoing repeat sales.
• Administration: Responsible for basic administration within the store and periodic stock counts.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of previous experience selling mobile phones and related accessories within the Botswana mobile phone sector.
• Qualifications: A diploma in a sales-related field is an added advantage
