Makoro Brick & Tile is seeking for a motivated and results driven
sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate needs
to have a strong background in sales, an understanding of
construction and water management industries, a passion for
promoting manufacturer-direct products.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The purpose of the sales
representative will be to drive business growth by identifying and
acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with
existing clients, and effectively selling the company’s products or
services.
Main Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell our high-quality clay bricks and water storage
tanks directly from the manufacturer to local and international
mar
• Customer visits according to routine plan.
• Solicit orders and resolve customer complaints.
• Build and maintain relationship with new and existing clients
• Present and promote our products to potential customers
• Provide accurate product information, quotes, and follow up with
customers
• Provides support to the customers and addresses issues.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’S
• General office work (invoicing, filing, getting order, quoting etc)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma in Sales / Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
• Proven experience in sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
