Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Monitoring progress and updating schedules.
- Identifying critical path and schedule risks.
- Preparing delay analysis and recovery programmes.
- Coordinating planning inputs from engineering, procurement and construction.
- Support claims, extensions of time, change analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management or related discipline.
- 8 years’ experience as a scheduler in building, civil, infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Registered with ERB as a Professional.
- Have certification in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Projects.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet timelines.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Advanced MS excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of Critical Path Method, Earned Value Management, Progress measurement and reporting.
