Our client in hospitality and tourism industry is looking for a hardworking and reliable Scullery to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning ,sanitazing and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment routinely
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and scullery area clean and organized, dispose of rubbish and maintain hygiene standards
  • Assist with cleaning floors, counters, food preparation areas and help kitchen staff with basic duties when required
  • Ensure all cleaning materials are used safely and properly and also follow health and safety regulations at all times
  • Waste Management: collecting ,emptying ,cleaning trash bins and disposing refuse from all kitchen areas.
  • Supplies Management: Storing dishes ,utensils and equipment in designated areas and stocking service stations
  • Assistance : Assisting chefs with basic food preparations ( e.g peeling vegetables ) and helping unload deliveries

  • Education: Cambridge certificate
  • Previous scullery or kitchen cleaning experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
