The Botswana Football Association is seeking to recruit 6 Security Guards and 1 Security Officer to join their team immediately to ensure facility safety, manage security protocols, and lead security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol facilities to prevent crime and ensure safety
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Enforce rules and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Lead a team of security guards (Security Officer)
- Develop and implement security protocols (Security Officer)
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports (Security Officer)
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies (Security Officer)
Requirements
- Security Guards: Minimum BGCSE
- Security Guards: Physical fitness a must
- Security Guards: Previous security experience an added advantage
- Security Officer: Diploma in Security Management or related field
- Security Officer: Minimum 2 years experience
