The position will be responsible for leading and controlling security operations on shift, ensuring effective access control, patrol coverage, incident response, guard performance, and compliance with the Site Security Plan, client/mine rules, and relevant Botswana legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- A minimum of BGCSE/IGCSE or equivalent (post-school security qualification advantageous).
- A minimum of three (3) years security experience, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory/shift-lead role; mining/industrial experience is strongly preferred.
- Compliance with relevant Botswana private security regulatory requirements.
- First aid certification advantageous; incident management training advantageous.
- A valid Driver’s license.
- No criminal record.
- Leadership, conflict resolution, incident command, strong report writing, basic investigation, computer literacy, CCTV/control room familiarity.
