Key Responsibilities

• Writing of ledgers.
• Preparing of payment vouchers.
• Ensures prompt collection of revenues and dues.
• Daily entry of Industrial Class attendance registers.
• Assist in the recruitment and payment of casual labourers.
• The officer may be required to take charge and manage bursar’s office.
• Undertakes any other related duties as required to meet the exigencies of the service.

Requirements

• Certificate in Accountancy and Business Studies or Equivalent.
• Experience: Two (2) years satisfactory service as Accounts Assistant on B3/2 salary scale.
