Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:

JOB TITLE: Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (Odoo ERP) – [One (1) Post]
Location: Gaborone, Botswana
Type  Full-time | On-site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional analysis.
• Support configuration, deployment, and testing of Odoo ERP modules (e.g., Sales, HR, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, etc.).
• Document business processes, configuration logic, and training materials.
• Assist with data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Mandatory Odoo Certification (Version 17 or higher).
• A Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Proven knowledge of Digital Business Transformation Strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Version 7 or higher
• Experience in multi-cultural business operation environments

EXPERIENCE:

• Working experience of six (6) years of which minimum two (2) years’ experience must be in a relevant business function (Finance, HR, Procurement, Logistics, Digital Systems, or Operations).
• Strong understanding of planning, implementation of business workflows and ERP logic.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
• Self-starter with analytical mind-set and passion for process improvement.
• Prior ERP exposure (Odoo or other platforms) is an added advantage.
