Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s mobile and MVNO strategy.
- Evaluate and recommend MVNO, National Roaming and hybrid operating models.
- Develop business cases, commercial models and go-to-market strategies.
- Support product development across prepaid, postpaid, enterprise and wholesale mobile services.
- Provide strategic oversight of mobile technology platforms, Radio and Core Network, BSS/OSS (Billing, CRM, Provisioning) and operational readiness.
- Support vendor, partner and host network negotiations.
- Establish governance, KPIs and operating processes to support launch and growth.
- Coordinate launch readiness across commercial, technology, operations, finance and customer service.
- Support post-launch optimisation and the next phase of the mobile growth strategy.
Requirements
- Post Graduate degree or experience equivalent to 15+ years’ experience at a senior level in telecommunications, business systems technology, digital transformation or related fields.
- Proven experience in the successful launch of a greenfield mobile network, MVNO or mobile operator.
- Strong understanding of MVNO strategy, National Roaming and mobile commercial models.
- Experience with LTE/mobile networks, BSS/OSS (Billing, CRM, Provisioning) and operational readiness.
- Support vendor, partner and host network negotiations.
- Establish governance, KPIs and operating processes to support launch and growth.
- Coordinate launch readiness across commercial, technology, operations, finance and customer service.
- Support post-launch optimisation and the next phase of the mobile growth strategy.
