Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality meals in accordance with approved menus, recipes, and nutritional requirements.
- Ensuring that all food is prepared, stored, and handled in compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitoring food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control to meet company and client expectations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen facilities, equipment, and food storage areas.
- Managing daily food production schedules to ensure meals are served on time and in the required quantities.
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering, receiving, and proper storage of food supplies to minimize waste.

Requirements
- Valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Chef or Cook in a hospitality, catering, camp, or remote-site environment.
- Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment and managing food storage processes.
- Sound knowledge of Chinese food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation standards.
- Knowledge of stock control, food storage, inventory management, and waste minimization practices.
- Knowledge of camp catering operations and remote hospitality service standards.
