• B.Sc/B.Eng (Civil). A higher qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the design of water supply and sanitation projects, and must have been a water supply or wastewater design engineer on at least three projects.

• Knowledge of water supply and sewerage design and drafting software such as Civil Designer, Bentley WaterCAD/WaterGEMS, SewerCAD/SewerGEMS, Hammer and AutoCAD Civil 3D a must.
• Knowledge of the use of FIDIC Conditions of Contract essential
• Must be a member of a recognized professional body and registered with the Engineers’ Registration Board (ERB) and have a valid practising license.
• Clean driver’s license
