Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures
- Lead and manage the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives
- Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and financial performance
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Master of Accounting Science or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 7+ years’ proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Experience in the hospitality or lodge industry will be an an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
