Senior HR Manager (Generalist) – Mining

2-Year Contract (Renewable)
The Role:
* Senior HR leadership role for a large, unionised mining workforce (400+ employees)
* End-to-end management of the full employee life cycle
* Strong focus on Industrial & Employee Relations in a safety-critical environment
* Strategic HR partner to site leadership
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 8-10+ years’ HR Generalist experience, with strong Industrial Relations exposure
- Mining sector experience essential
- Proven success in union engagement, wage negotiations & collective bargaining
- Strong knowledge of local labour legislation & employment law
- Experience in remote / site-based / heavy industrial environments
- Sage 300 experience an advantage
