Job Title: Senior Machinist
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines
- Supervise and train junior machinists
- Ensure production quality and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ machinist experience in textile, upholstery, or canvas manufacturing
- Trade Test B in Dressmaking (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial sewing machines, including maintenance and repair techniques, with proven leadership and mentoring ability
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of upholstery, tent making, or outdoor gear production will be an added advantage
