An established leading Retail chain store invites applications from citizens of Botswana for the position of Senior Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee the daily operations, installations of the computer and network systems, staff development and training in the new system, setup, and implementation logistics system in the control of all delivery vehicles.
  • To implement factory expansion and to roll out our export strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of at least 12 years’ experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record in business expansion, P&L management, team leadership and merchandise planning.
  • Minimum of Diploma Qualification or above in Business Management.
